Note:If you swap appointments with a friend, please call the
front desk and make them aware of the change.
If it becomes necessary
to cancel an appointment we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hour notice.
All products and services at
sublime are guaranteed to meet your expectations. Quite simply, we aim to please
and offer the best in products and services. If at anytime you are not satisfied
with a service or product , please bring this to the attention of the front desk
and we will be happy to correct the issue. Again, any problem you have at
Sublime, large or small, we want to hear about it. This will enable us to
continually offer the best services and products to our clients.
Products returned within 30
days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All products returned after
the 30 days can be exchanged for Salon credit or another product. Our goal is
for our clients to leave with products that they need and work well for them. If
you purchase a product and it is not working for you, bring it back and we will
find something that does work for you.
Sublime is the sole owner of the information
collected in the Salon. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to
others in any way that varies from what is disclosed in this
statement. We also do everything in our power to protect your personal information. All sensitive information is restricted to the management. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, Salon Coordinator) are required to sign non-disclosure agreements before being granted access to personally identifiable information.
