    Sublime is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. For appointments during these hours please contact the front desk at 229-253-9566.

    On the day of your appointment please arrive on time to ensure that you will receive you complete service or services. If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are running excessively late please keep in mind that you may need to reschedule your appointment for another time if we are not able to work you in.

    We encourage all of our clients to book out appointments as far as possible to ensure you receive the services and stylist of your choice. When your schedule conflicts with previously booked appointments, please call the front desk and inform them of you situation. We will do everything in our power to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time for you. If no appointments are available for the time you are requesting we will give you a couple of options:
  • 1. Recommend a time when the stylist of your choice will be available.
  • 2. Placing you on the cancellation list for the Stylist and time you are requesting.
  • 3. Booking an appointment with another stylist here at Sublime.

    Note:If you swap appointments with a friend, please call the front desk and make them aware of the change.

    If it becomes necessary to cancel an appointment we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hour notice.

    All products and services at sublime are guaranteed to meet your expectations. Quite simply, we aim to please and offer the best in products and services. If at anytime you are not satisfied with a service or product , please bring this to the attention of the front desk and we will be happy to correct the issue. Again, any problem you have at Sublime, large or small, we want to hear about it. This will enable us to continually offer the best services and products to our clients.

    Products returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All products returned after the 30 days can be exchanged for Salon credit or another product. Our goal is for our clients to leave with products that they need and work well for them. If you purchase a product and it is not working for you, bring it back and we will find something that does work for you.

    Sublime is the sole owner of the information collected in the Salon. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that varies from what is disclosed in this statement. We also do everything in our power to protect your personal information. All sensitive information is restricted to the management. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, Salon Coordinator) are required to sign non-disclosure agreements before being granted access to personally identifiable information.
